Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Newdawn Support Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering disability, clinical, complex mental health, and accommodation supports across Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia.

How do I get started?

Book a free call, fill in the enquiry form, or have your support coordinator refer you. A real intake coordinator responds within one business day, and we start with a conversation about your goals, not paperwork.

How much does it cost?

Our supports are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, so they are covered by your plan funding. There are no sign-up fees, no lock-in contracts, and we explain every line of the service agreement before you sign.

Do you support complex and forensic mental health needs?

Yes, this is core to what we do, not an add-on. We welcome complex, high-intensity, and forensic mental health referrals that other providers step back from.

Which regions do you cover?

Victoria (Melbourne and surrounds), Queensland (Brisbane and surrounds), and Western Australia (Perth), with local teams in each state.

Can support coordinators refer directly?

Absolutely. Use the referral form for a structured intake with same-day acknowledgement, or email the participant’s NDIS plan and details to our intake team. A service agreement comes back within 48 hours.

Can I choose or change my support workers?

Yes. We match workers for fit and continuity, and if someone is not right for you, tell us and we will rematch without awkwardness.

What happens when my NDIS plan changes?

Your supports flex with your plan. After every plan review we sit down together and adjust services, hours, and team so nothing falls through the gaps.
